The design of this yoga mat is intended to give you a set of poses that takes you through a pose for each chakra in your body.

When this idea was born into my head, I immediately researched what was a lack of fun depictions of all kinds of women doing yoga! I hope you can see yourself and all of us through these poses. It took me over a year to develop the design. 

Starting from the bottom with the base chakra and through to the top to the crown, you can go through these poses to balance each of them before or after a workout, or before meditation. Focus on each of your energy centers as you move through the poses. I hope you enjoy the design!
