Love Smudge - 4” Sage with Roses

Dried White sage leaves with Rose petals to bring a sense of love into the air while sage purifies the space. Use a love smudge bundle with rose petals to open and clear the heart chakra.

To use a smudge stick to cleanse your space, first open a window, clear your mind, and paint a clear picture of the goal you want to get out of the ceremony. Light one end of the smudge stick with a flame, and once it starts to ember, blow out the flame and continue to blow to spread the ember. Let the smoke out and clear the space while waving it throughout the area or around an item or yourself. Say any prayers or blessings that you feel are right. Be cognizant of any falling embers by carrying a bowl under your smudge stick. After you have spread the sacred smoke around the entire space, put the stick into a fireproof bowl and let the rest burn out.
